Pairing Book Characters with Songs I Love

 

Hey reader friends!  I wanted to do something fun that I've never done before - pairing some of my favorite characters with songs that I think fit them.  

I've picked characters that are, I think, fun, some dark, and all amazing. And here they are - along with a song that they go well with

Name: Gimli
Likes: Charging orcs and killing them with my ax.
Dislikes: Elves.  Legolas is acceptable. The rest are fiends.

About Me: I was heavily involved in the fellowship and assisting Frodo with returning the one ring to Mordor. I have killed many people and befriended many more. I enjoy pints of beer as much as the next dwarf and would happily entertain the idea of having a partner who likes pillaging as much as I.  You may find me among the Glittering Caves. Welcome to another rousing adventure with Dating Profile Friday!  Today, we have featured the dating profile of one immortal elf: Legolas.

Name: Legloas
Age: I stopped counting - I'm immortal.

Likes: Shooting arrows, ruling over the colony of Ithilien, assisting Frodo and the other members of the Fellowship with destroying the one ring.
Dislikes: Dwarves.  (Except for Gimli.  We're good.)


About Me: Hello, my name is Legolas.  You can also call me Grey Eyes.  I like walking through the mountains, killing orcs, and helping Frodo throw the one ring into the fires of Mount Doom.

I enjoy shooting arrows for fun, swimming in unknown lakes, and fashioning my own weapons out of found items. 

I don't work well with modern technology.  You can find me in person in the trees.  I look forward to meeting you.
